Kinema Fitness, a national fitness center management company has been contracted by Zurich Insurance to operate the stunning, 20,0000 sq. ft., state of the art commercial fitness center located at the new North America headquarters in Schaumburg, IL. The new Zurich North American headquarters is a 783,800 Sq. Ft LEED Platinum® Certified building that has incorporated the latest in environmental and sustainable technologies, employing over 2,500 employees. The building design is breathtaking, and features incredible amenities like their fitness center.

As the fitness management company for Zurich, Kinema is responsible for the day to day operations of the gym including the staffing, financials, personal training, fitness classes, programming, tenant outreach, and driving initiatives to improve the overall experience for its members. Membership is open to Zurich employees in the new ZNA Headquarters. In addition, Kinema assisted with the layout of the gym and the procurement of the equipment.

Approach

Kinema Fitness took a very methodical, well-thought out strategy to the implementation and transition of this brand new fitness center. Our team worked carefully with Zurich's facilities and HR departments to ensure communications, operations, branding, IT support, and equipment procurement were seamlessly executed on time. Kinema was contracted to design the overall layout and the procurement of the equipment. Our team carefully selected the best vendor that best represented the overall vision of this beautiful corporate gym.
