Mindfulness Meditation

Creating moments that generate a meaningful impact.  What a great way to end the day in the Fulton Market.  Kinema Fitness taught a meditation class to the tenants of 1KFulton and created an atmosphere of relaxation and enjoyment.  1KFulton is a multi-tenant, Class A office building that is home to Google, SRAM, Sandbox, Tastyworks, The Mill and others.
