Singing Bowls at McDonald’s Global HQ

What an incredible way to spend the afternoon at McDonald’s global HQ in Chicago.  Kinema Fitness brought in their wellness practitioner to deliver an incredible singing bowl session to McDonald’s employees on their penthouse terrace.

Kinema Fitness is the operator for McDonald’s onsite employee fitness center and delivers a range of wellness programs including holistic and mindfulness.
