Kinema welcomes Sterling Bay

Kinema Fitness, a national wellness company, enters into a partnership with Sterling Bay, assuming management of their state of the art commercial fitness center within the brand new 1000 W. Fulton Market office building.  1K Fulton is a 550,000 SF commercial office building that is the future home of Google’s Chicago HQ.  1K Fulton in downtown Chicago is a former concrete loft building that has been transformed into a state-of-the-art LEED Gold certified office and retail building.  It is located in Chicago’s historic Fulton Market area.  As one of Chicago’s newest office renovated buildings, 1K Fulton is as pristine as it is historic.  It was originally built in 1923 as a cold storage warehousing facility.

Kinema Fitness, is a national wellness management company that specializes in the commercial real estate market.  By adding 1K Fulton to its portfolio, Kinema expands its footprint within the Chicago market.
