Kinema Welcomes Trophy Office, 110 N. Wacker

After nearly three years of design and development, Kinema Fitness is excited to welcome the next generation, two-story, corporate wellness center, at the brand new trophy office building, 110 N. Wacker (Bank of America Tower) in Chicago.

Kinema Fitness, in conjunction with Howard Hughes, Riverside Investment and Development, Goettsch Partners, Nelson, CBRE and CBRE|Host created this ultra, high end wellness center that will provide a personalized, rich, tenant wellness experience.

Kinema Fitness is elevating the standard of corporate wellness at 110 N Wacker by integrating a comprehensive holistic wellness program, mindfulness, a SPA oasis with a treatment room, life coaching, nutrition, elite personal training and Aerial yoga.

We are proud to have partnered with lululemon for all our apparel needs and they will be featured with a dedicated retail section within the club.  There will also be a food and beverage section with our partners from Harvest Juicery.

The wellness center at 110 N Wacker will be featuring a completely new, redesigned cardio equipment line by Matrix Fitness with 22” LCD screens, as well as Pelotons, Hydrows, Escape Fitness, Inbody and Hyperice.  We’d also like to thank the following partners, The Fitness Connection, Hollman Lockers, and Ecore flooring.

The wellness experience at 110Fit+ will be completely customized, created by internal Kinema Fitness directors that are experts in these different modalities of wellness, but personalized to meet the needs of the tenants.

We believe in a whole wellness approach that is balanced between mental, physical, and emotional well-being and supported by phenomenal wellness experts.  From our very beginnings as a corporate wellness company, these pillars still hold true today.  The ability to inspire and make a difference is our mission.

Once operational all equipment available for us will be identified  to allow for social distancing, capacity limitations will be enforced in compliance with the city of Chicago, pre-registrations for all classes, strict monitoring of entry and exit, requirement of face coverings throughout the center, enhanced cleaning and additional hand sanitizer stations.
