The SCC is a 400,000 SF Class A office building home to a number of Fortune 100 companies including Verizon and Pepsi. The property has won numerous awards including the TOBY Award (outstanding building of the year) and BOMA 360 Performance Designation (demonstrating best practices in building management and operations). SCC is located in Schaumburg, IL about a 35 minute drive from downtown Chicago.
