Kinema partners with Greystar

Kinema Fitness to bring on-site exercise programs to Chicago’s newest Lakeside address – Halsted Flats.
Kinema Fitness, a national comprehensive wellness company specializing in hospitality, corporate, and residential markets, has partnered with Riverstone Residential Group (recently acquired by Greystar) to bring fitness programs to Chicago’s newest Lakeside address at Halsted Flats, http://www.halstedflats.com/.
Halsted Flats is a beautiful, 15-story, 269-unit luxury apartment tower that opened for occupancy in March of 2014. The property is the first high-rise rental to be built in the area in decades and is surrounded by an abundance of shopping, dining, and entertainment.
The new partnership provides group fitness classes, on demand personal training, and a web-based workout platform to the residents of the building. Steve Clark, who will be moving in to the building later this month said, “I am thrilled about the upcoming fitness program because it will help me incorporate exercise into my busy schedule and also allow me to meet new people in the building.”

Kinema plans to kickoff the new fitness program on July 10th, right at the peak of beach season. Through the partnership Kinema hopes to help Riverstone attract new residents and continue to build an exciting community at the property.
