Kinema Fitness, a national wellness company, expands its partnership with John Hancock Real Estate, assuming management of their 10,000 square foot state of the art commercial fitness center within 1100 New York Ave, N.W. in Washington DC. 1100 New York Ave is a Class A office building located in the heart of DC. The property was built in the 1940s as a Greyhound Bus Terminal, but was renovated and modernized into a multi-tenant property.
